Upon arrival for your tattoo or piercing, you must have a valid government identification (drivers license, military ID, or passport)
It is unlawful in Georgia to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. We do not accept parental consent as consent for tattoos.
For minor piercings, a legal guardian must be present. We require a government issued ID for both the parent and the minor, and a birth certificate to tie the two together.
In the event that the legal guardian is not the parent, government issued proof of guardianship must be provided along with identification for the minor and guardian.
Deposits are non-refundable and cover the appointment date and time of your tattoo.
Deposits cover one redraw of the design and one reschedule.
For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo.
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a forfeit deposit.
